Game nights include up to 20 guests, with a small per-guest fee beyond that. Minimum booking is 2 hours. Prices are for events in Revelstoke and are subject to 5% GST.

A $150 booking fee holds the date. A refundable damage deposit, by e-transfer or a hold on your credit card, covers the gear. The rest is due on the day.

Turned Up has been hosting Revelstoke's game nights since 2020. Every week we run the room at local pubs, and the same host who keeps those crowds going runs your private night.

Good to know
How far do you travel?
Anywhere in Revelstoke is free. Up to 1 hour away (Sicamous, Golden): +$100. 1 to 2 hours: +$175. 2 to 3 hours (summer only): +$250.
Do you bring your own sound system?
Yes. Audio equipment and microphones are included, along with full setup and teardown.
How much space do you need?
Not much. A table-sized spot near a power outlet for our gear, plus room for your group to gather. For outdoor movie nights we'll confirm space for the screen when you book.
What if more people show up?
Game nights and karaoke include up to 20 guests. We count heads at the start and again during the night, and charge for the highest count. Extra guests are $8 (karaoke and general trivia), $10 (music bingo) or $12 (custom trivia and game shows) per person plus GST, paid on the night. Movie nights aren't priced by guest count.
How early do you arrive?
We need access one hour before your start time to set up.
How do I hold a date?
A non-refundable $150 booking fee locks in your date and goes toward your total. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Is there a damage deposit?
Yes. Before the event you'll pay a refundable damage deposit for our equipment, by e-transfer or as a hold on your credit card. If everything comes back undamaged, we return it or release the hold within 3 business days.
Can I change my date?
Yes, with at least two weeks' notice, subject to availability.
What if I need to cancel?
We keep the booking fee and nothing else is charged.
How do I pay?
E-transfer, cash or credit card.
Can I read your booking agreement first?
Yes. Here's our full Party Booking Agreement (PDF). You'll agree to it when you book.
Do you run weekly nights at bars and restaurants?
Yes. Weekly venue rates start at $297 a night for karaoke or trivia. Get in touch and we'll find the right night and format for your room.
